Compiled, managed and collected almost 2 million paper based, handwritten forms over a period of 4 months, captured, processed, performed risk assessments on these and provided actionable reports, lists and custom databases to our customer.


We were given two weeks to provide our client with a solution, provide a fixed quotation and start with the work. Project completed successfully on time.


Developed the Audience range of software to allow interactive, facilitated feedback from small groups.

Developed a mixed data collection solution where our customer had the flexibility to obtain questionnaires results (each questionnaire individually created per person) by means of:


  • paper based surveys
  • group facilitated surveys
  • web based surveys

These collection methods are all transparent to the customer. This solution generated almost 100 000 customised questionnaires and collected in excess of 250 000 responses while taking less than 7 days to produce highly specialised reports, individual results, summarized action lists and management information.


Developed a number of Internet based survey management solutions for customers. These include:

1. Survey and subscription service for more than 65000 web site members. This included the marketing efforts required to obtain the more ethan 65 000 subscribers for our customer. (www.bizwave.com)

2. Leadership development program (ongoing) for business consultants  targeting larger enterprises.

3. Developed a self-management quick-survey application for a customer, integrated it with their web site and provide the required training and skills to work totally independent.



Created a number of scanning, auto-processing, indexing, storage and retrieval solutions of paper based documents incorporating OCR (optical character reading) and OMR (optical mark reading) technology with error correcting capabilities.


And our smallest, quickest web survey solution was provided in less than 2 hours (training included) for a customer requiring only 67 people to be surveyed nationally!
